Course Description:

These classes are open to all. The practice will include working with the breath as well as the body. We will take our awareness inwards and be present with what is there - and that might be different every time you step into the room.

When it comes to tuning into the body, we will do this through stillness or movement, so the practice can be either static or flowing, with the breath always leading the way. These classes unite breath, movement and stillness into one harmonious whole, we never move so fast that you cannot take a full breath.

Come to these classes to release, balance and ground by finding stillness within the movement.

The course is limited to 12 people per class, so if the course is fully booked, drop ins will not be available.
