Located in the heart of Oslo, right behind Oslo Spectrum, our venue is easy to get to by bus, tram and T-bane.

Events:
We have 2 large, fully equipped spaces, and a smaller space for rent. They can accommodate requirements for a variety of events.

Offices:
We have several different sized offices for rental, all with windows overlooking the city. They range from 9 sqm to 14 sqm.

Event Spaces

The Glass Garden

This is our flagship space measuring 170 sqm, featuring huge glass windows that let in a lot of natural light.

This room is kept as a clear space, so setting up the room for a practice is up to the facilitator and a seminar or conference set up will be arranged by us and and is covered by the rental price.

It is equipped for corporate seminars and conferences with a projector, sound system and seating for up to 90 people. We can also provide a sound technician if you need a more advanced sound package. Basic sound package of a mic and amplifier is included in the rental price.

It is also fully equipped for any yoga, meditation or practice event with 40 yoga mats, 40 wool mats, 40 bolsters, 40 cushions and lots of cork blocks.

The Living Room

This is a beautiful communal space that comes with a professional kitchen, measuring 135 sqm.

It is designed as a lounge area that can seat up to 45 people. It lends itself to more intimate events with a cosy but luxurious atmosphere, with nature elements, plants and natural fabrics.

Coffee and tea facilities available for a normal rental.

The Living Room at CONOS, a bright lounge and event space for rent in central Oslo with large windows, natural materials and indoor plants.

The Lotus Room

This is the smallest of our spaces, measuring 30 sqm.

It is beautiful in its simplicity and organic walls, perfect for a yoga class or meditation session. Designed to have a peaceful atmosphere, it is inviting in its serenity.

All the yoga equipment stored by The Glass Garden is made available for any event held in the Lotus Room.
