Course description:
A 1 year deepening into the practice of mindfulness and bringing it into every day living. This is a course for people who want to integrate their practice into their life, bringing it into their daily interactions at work, with family and in the smallest moments.

12.00 - 13.30 Lecture and Discussion
13.30 - 14.30 Lunch
14.30 - 16.00 Lecture & Group work
