Course Description:
Through working with the body, breath and mind, you will learn how to stay with what is actually present. Through the physical practice, you will connect deeply to the body, learning how to listen to it and work together with your body and not against it. In the breath exercises, you will learn, not only how to breathe properly again, but also how to control and train your breath for greater lung capacity and focus. Meditation is about training the mind, understanding how it works and how thoughts constantly run wild as you pull yourself back, again and again, into a state of concentration. The practices you will learn and the discussions we will have, will be tools that you can use to live and live well.
